Hi Ajesh,
Nick Molyviatis (Singburi, Kiln, Oma/Agora) and Barry Karacostas are set to open a Greek Cypriot taverna, Zylia, in Covent Garden this month – inspired by Nick’s upbringing in Athens and Barry’s Cypriot heritage, Zylia is a celebration of both the shared traditions and distinct flavours of Greek and Cypriot cooking.

At the heart of the menu is a traditional charcoal grill, turning out dishes such as sheftalia, Cypriot caul fat-wrapped pork parcels, served with sliced onion, parsley and sumac; traditional pork & chicken souvlaki; and grilled Ibaiama pork chop with young fennel, grilled pepper and olive relish.
Larger plates include roast cod fricassee with spring onions, dill and chervil; and suckling lamb shoulder kleftiko – slow-roasted lamb with potatoes, peppers and roast onions – and lamb chops served Greek style, with classic olive oil chips.
To drink, there's and all-Greek wine list as well as Greek and Cypriot beers.
