Oktoberfest Spezialitäten

Throughout Oktoberfest, guests can indulge in the very best German cuisine including hearty classics such as Schweinebraten, a Roast Pork Collar with Red Cabbage and Dark Beer Sauce, and the Rinderroulade, a Braised Beef Roulade with Red Cabbage and a Bread Dumpling. All best served alongside some steins. Ooompah Oompah!
The Oktoberfest celebrations at German Gymnasium will launch in true Bavarian style on Friday 19th September, with a live performance from the restaurant’s very own Oompah band. Guests can enjoy the lively sounds of traditional German music from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, setting the perfect tone for the festivities ahead.
Adding to the atmosphere, the band will perform the iconic Oktoberfest toast, “Ein Prosit” (I Salute You), every Friday evening throughout the festival. Guests are encouraged to raise their steins and join in the celebration. Early booking is highly recommended to secure a spot for this unmissable experience.
Bier on the Haus
Staying true to tradition, diners are once again encouraged to dust off their finest lederhosen and dirndl! Those dressed in Bavarian attire to celebrate Oktoberfest at German Gymnasium will receive a free stein of bier on the haus.
Whether you're a long-time Oktoberfest enthusiast or joining the celebration for the first time, German Gymnasium promises an unforgettable experience filled with authentic flavours, festive music, and Bavarian cheer.
