Yosmo: A Greek Twist on a Classic Cosmopolitan served at Kamara Bar

Imagery HERE
The Yoghurt Cosmo, also known as ‘Yosmo’, is a modern Greek twist on the classic Cosmopolitan, served at Kamara Bar in Soho. Made with Kamara Blackberry Spirit, “Arctic” Sloe Gin, Greek yoghurt, caramelized beetroot spirit, raspberry vinegar, and grape molasses, it offers fruity and velvety flavors with a clean finish. This elegant cocktail reimagines a beloved classic through a distinctly Greek lens.
Located at the former site of The Blind Pig on Poland Street, Kamara is an 83-cover, design-led space brought to life with acclaimed bar developer Angelos Bafas as a consultant. The drinks list is rooted in bold East-Med flavour and regional influence, with handcrafted cocktails built on macerated spirits, house ferments, and wild-foraged British produce, all served in custom pottery sourced from independent Cretan artisans, which also plays a role in ageing ingredients through primitive methods.
Rude Cosmo: A Bold Tequila-Driven Reimagining of the Classic Cosmopolitan at Parasol

The Rude Cosmo at Parasol is a bold, sun-kissed reinvention of the classic Cosmopolitan, cheeky by name, confident by nature. Built on Patrón Blanco Tequila, this luminous cocktail swaps the usual city-slicker polish for something brighter, livelier, and unmistakably Parasol. Savoia Orancio lends a bittersweet, citrus-driven warmth, while a housemade lingonberry & lemon verbena syrup brings Nordic tartness and herbal lift. Fresh lime juice ties it all together, giving the drink its crystalline snap. Shaken hard, strained into a chilled Nick & Nora, and finished with a flamed orange zest, the Rude Cosmo lands with a perfect balance of fruit, acidity, and attitude.
Parasol’s cocktail program continues the lineage of The Umbrella Project’s experimentation, where classic forms meet lab-driven creativity. Developed in their Umbrella Workshop, the menu showcases imaginative riffs built from precision techniques, house ferments, and boundary-pushing flavor combinations. Among the standouts, the tropical, overproof-powered June Bug; the smoky, spiced El Diablo Guapo; the rich and radiant French Martini; and the razor-sharp Umbrella Vesper, the Rude Cosmo captures the bar’s ethos with particular clarity. It’s familiar yet subversive, elegant yet playful: a cocktail that winks at the original Cosmopolitan while delivering something brighter, ruder, and undeniably Parasol.
