Il San Pietro di Positano announces new private boat transfers from the newly-opened Salermo Costa d’Amalfi Airport
London, 1st July 2024. The new Salerno Costa d'Amalfi Airport, set to open early July, will significantly ease the reduction of travel time for guests visiting the beautiful Il San Pietro this summer. A short 15-minute drive from the airport to the Salerno Port, will see the hotel’s private boat waiting, ready to whisk guests off to Il San Pietro in a much more relaxed fashion.
The new airport will offer international flights and connections for a much easier journey to Positano. Located near Salerno, this new airport will be running flights from other Italian destinations like Cagliari and Milan and Nantes in France. EasyJet will fly twice weekly from London Gatwick. The airline will also serve Salerno from Berlin, Basel and Geneva.
