Ceri Thomas is editor and partner at Tortoise Media. He has worked for 25 years in a variety of frontline journalist jobs at the BBC. Between 2006 and 2013 he was editor of the Today programme, and later editor of Panorama

Tessa Murray is an experienced senior communications director, committee member and trustee at Tortoise. She has extensive experience of supporting CEOs and boards with strategic communications, cultural change, stakeholder management, CSR and crisis management in several sectors – finance and banking, technology and arts.
